King & Spalding

Brand consistency. Usability. UX. Requested directly by King & Spalding to evaluate the site across five distinct user types, from new potential clients to early-career candidates.

Every page was audited against a heuristic framework, mapped through user journeys, and annotated on both desktop and mobile to reveal exactly where the experience broke down and why.

Website

A dual evaluation of brand consistency and usability. UX review covered user journeys, site flow, layout, and information architecture. Brand analysis ensured visuals, messaging, and tone were coherent across the website.

Each page was captured and assessed individually, noting gaps in hierarchy, visual language, messaging, and navigation. The UX/usability review examined user journeys, flow, IA, and layout to uncover friction points and opportunities. Brand consistency was evaluated simultaneously, confirming the firm’s visual identity, communication style, and archetype were aligned across all pages. The result is a clear, actionable roadmap to strengthen both usability and brand cohesion.
