The UX/usability review examined user journeys, flow, IA, and layout to uncover friction points and opportunities. Brand consistency was evaluated simultaneously, confirming the firm’s visual identity, communication style, and archetype were aligned across all pages. The result is a clear, actionable roadmap to strengthen both usability and brand cohesion.
